This has kept me from following the Leangains IF program. I started doing IF about 4 weeks ago and am doing a kind of combo. I work out Tues, Thus, Sat. Mon I do a 22hr fast (kind of ESE) Wed I do a 16hr fast (feeding 1pm - 9pm).
